Hi Kim, I’m sorry that I don’t have the answer for you. We offer nutritional value through a program, that is not my expertise. I would eyeball it because it serves 12 people. Thank you for trying it!

If I wanted to do this in the oven instead would that be ok? Would I just put it on 350 and Cook 15 to 30 mins maybe?

This is perfectly easy to do in the oven as welL! You’ve got it right, I’d go a little lower in heat at 350 and check it for heating through at 30 minutes, up to 45. Enjoy!!

To save on time and to shrink it down for my smaller crockpot I microwaved the mixture for 4 minutes- stopping to stir half way and then at the end. Seemed to really speed up the cooking process!!!

Great recipe! I know its been three years since you posted this, but I wanted to say that I pray for the family who lost their baby boy! I hope that the healing process has begun to make it more tolerable. I know that grieving a loved one will sometimes last a long time, but I hope the good Lord has given them some loving grace and peace!

Just made this and it turned out very good. I did double it and substitute Colby jack for the Parmesan since my son gets migraines from Parmesan but it turned out fine. Picky kids loved it which is always good.

Does the spinach need to have the juices squeezed out of it?

    Reply

    • Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe (27)Megan Porta

HI Jamie! Yes, I always squeeze the juices out as much as I can otherwise it makes the dip runny. Enjoy!

Yes, definitely, Sabrea! I usually use my large 6.5-quart crockpot for this recipe and there is plenty of room to make double the amount. I hope it turns out great!
