Zero Point Egg Salad in 3 Easy Steps (with Photos)

Here are the steps to make egg salad for Weight Watchers members.

Step 1: Gather Ingredients

Weight Watchers Egg Salad Recipe The Holy Mess (2)

You can boil your eggs on the stove top, in the Instant Pot, in the air fryer, or in the oven. Be sure to check out our super-quick IP egg hack that doesn’t require any peeling.

You can also purchase hard-boiled eggs already cooked.

We used 2 T of light Miracle whip, which spread throughout the recipe doesn’t have any points. Sometimes I don’t mix this in but instead wait and spread it on each serving just before eating. That way I still get the flavor but very little extra fat.

Step 2: Chop Eggs & Mix to Combine.

You can chop your eggs with a knife or use an egg slicer. I like to keep the chop size fairly large because the egg will break down some when you mix the salad together.
